Blending reflective theory with immersive practical experience, the programme equips educators to lead transformative outdoor learning that builds confidence, engagement and a lifelong connection to nature. Participants develop strong leadership capability, embed effective risk-benefit practice, and drive sustainable, child-led change within their setting.
Our trainers are active Forest School Leaders, working weekly with young people – ensuring our training is current, credible and grounded in practice. As a social enterprise, your investment directly supports our charitable work with vulnerable young people.
