On Friday 30 October 2026, from 6-9pm, brave families are invited to step inside the witch’s mysterious domain, where strange experiments bubble in the laboratory, ancient tales echo through the library, and powerful spells are brought to life before your eyes.
Explore three floors of interactive science, hands-on activities and Halloween surprises designed for curious witches, wizards, monsters and minibeasts of all ages. Costumes are encouraged. Need to refuel between spells and spooky adventures? We’ll be serving up tasty treats, frightfully good snacks and warming drinks for hungry spellcasters of all ages.

It’s the season of magic, sorcery and the occult. Visit the Science Show Theatre and witness some witch’s spells in action! (All ages)
🔥 Mission to Titan
Join the crew in The Planetarium on a journey to the moon, Titan. (Recommended ages 8 yrs+)
🎃 Spooky Storytime
Visit the Witch’s Library to hear a spooky tale. (Under 8s)
🌌 Cosmic Potion Brewing
Channel the stars and brew some interstellar potions in this hands-on crafty workshop! (All ages)
Monster Magnets
Create your own monsters that harness the power of magnetism. (All ages)
Dissections
Visit the witch’s laboratory and discover how she prepares her potion ingredients in a series of grizzly heart and lung dissections (Not for the faint-hearted!)
