Join Glasgow pantomime superstar Elaine C Smith and funny-man Johnny Mac as they dive into the depths of the ocean in this year’s King’s Theatre panto: The Little Mermaid, an under-the-sea adventure for all ages! When Ariel, the bravest mermaid in the kingdom, rescues Prince Eric from a dangerous shipwreck she longs to find out more about life above the ocean. Striking a bargain with the Sea Witch, she exchanges her voice for legs and the ability to live amongst humans. Along with her underwater pals, she must race against time to reunite with the handsome prince. Can they outwit the Sea Witch? Will good triumph over evil and love prevail? Following her debut in last year’s diamond anniversary pantomime, Hannah Jarrett-Scott takes on the role of the evil Sea Witch. Darren Brownlie returns for his fifth year in The King’s panto starring as the fast-talking Dishy Fishy. They will be joined by newcomers Benjamin Lockhart as Prince Eric and Jasmine Jules Andrews in the title role of Ariel, The Little Mermaid.
