Scottish Government Unveils a New Graphic for Parents on Covid Symptoms

The Scottish Government has unveiled a new and straightforward graphic to help parents decide the best course of action to take if their child feels unwell.

The flow chart shows parents whether or not their child should get tested for COVID-19 or isolate based on their symptoms. The chart, pictured below, includes the action to take for each symptom as well as details on how to book a test if necessary.

In addition to health and safety advice, Parent Club’s new Back to School and Nursery digital hub includes mental health advice and a range of FAQs on the official guidance. The platform also features top tips from teachers and experts to help parents support their children as they settle into a new routine and transition back to the classroom, nursery, and other childcare settings.
